Free has updated, Elite has not here.
Being very curious as to how much a martial artist was going to cost a brutal player with no negotiation skill, I tried to find out by playing Free. Message came back: [Beta] Runners are only available in the Elite version.
I had forgotten (or never knew) that you cannot get runners in Free. I can this as a reason to make Clive Zep so popular with Free players. But maybe it is time for the [Beta] to go away?

grävling - funny bug, fixed. The max team size in RPG Free is 2. Negotiation will only help reduce the cost of Runners, but the economic difficulty could make it significantly worse.

I had already dismissed Clive, so as to better afford taxis, so I was getting this message with a party size of 1, proposing to find out what a Mars martial artist would cost to a brand new knight. I want to know what is the worst it can get -- as my Female 2 survival strategy depends on hiring 2 martial artists early with the expectation that one will die. |

Same here, on elite I'm still on 1.4.7, not .9.... Tell Google to stop behaving like Amazon!

Sorry everyone, the release has stuck in Google's craw. Trying to fix ... probably a few hours of rework here. grävling - I was agreeing - unintentionally, hiring a Runner was Elite-locked. Now it is set at the intentional "group size 2 for Free" and "group size 4 for Elite." |
