I recall seeing a partial one or two before elsewhere, I think in this general forum area. But a listing would be nice (if possible preferably with rewards listed at what rep levels you get them.
I believe KH, BS, Los V, Yak, and Fennian have completed ladders IIRC.
I more or less know the Los V ladder if not details (money, heavy ammo, 'custom' (?) thug-hammer, money, safe-house)
I know that there is a v-chip you can get from Fennian, but MnB can't get it due to being too high up when you hit the NBZ (kind of silly if you ask me. should just be able to get all rewards up to that point. I know in the past, I did a LOT of Bravestar before asking about rewards and got 3 or 4 in a row)
So far I'm not seeing anything like this in the CK Ref Sheet link. Though I suppose I could be looking at the wrong one.
