Ok, so I am conflicted. I now have a choice to make, and I can pretty much guarantee I will not do another playthrough, so am wondering what to do.
I am at the part where you can either capture the 2 ladies or help them escape Boston. I am highly leaning towards helping them escape. Is one way or another lead to a much better storyline? What are peoples thoughts?

There are 3 ways to end this, the two that you mention and then to have Eliza join you as a runner. She's the best runner because like you she can use any weapon but sticks. The way you get this is to find Saras journal and interrogate her about this when you meet her, so if you have
already met her then it may be too late. Otherwise -- returning them gives you lots of cash. Helping them escape gets you great hatred from Mars, but Fennian and BS still like you. BS has a special underground railway award you can earn, no matter what you choose. Otherwise there isn't really anything after this, so you are pretty much done.

underableedingsun : I had the same conflict at the time I first got to this point. I choose my way, play a little with this character and as the thought of the other couldn't get off my mind...I redo all the storyline with another char

underableedingsun : I didn't wanted to but as I was playing with my first character (I helped the girls) and trying to live with the really bad rep I get with Mars and so little money I get from the data, I was thinking :"whow ! That's exactly my idea of cyberpunk, when you make an idealistic choice you get what you deserve : nothing !" But with time I got frustrated at the "what if" (what if I get the girls back to the corp ? Would this part of town be still available ? Would Yakashima, wich I don't like much, be my enemy instead of my ally ? What if I try the storyline with another type of character ? Etc...) So after a moment I redo it all...and get frustrated even more. Now I play in sandbox mode

I still haven't, LOL! MNB is just standing at the front door of the church and I've started playing Age of Pirates, HAHA!
