Heroes of Steel has an automatic Internet based crash reporting system, but we can still use your help.
* Please keep new bug reports in new threads. * If you have an already reported bug, please post 'me too' and device info
So, thank you for reading this -- it will try to help you make bug reports that get fixed fast.
First, we need to know what device you are using:
- Type: (Android, iOS, etc) - OS: iOS 6, Android 2.3.5, ICS 4.3 - Class: Nexus 7, iPhone5, - Version of the Application
Second, we need to know what and when it went wrong:
- What date and time, as specifically as possible, did the crash occur (and what time zone are you in?) - What happened right before the crash? Was it your turn or the monster's turn? - Did the game crash after you tried to use a feature or item? - What happened -- did the game close immediately? Did you see a dialog box?
If you have LogCat, sending log output of crashes is extremely helpful.
This is our first cross-platform game -- ever device runs the same code and will have the same set of defects. Reports from an iPod Touch may help solve issues with the Nexus 7 -- so don't hold back!

I have a program named aLogCat.
How do log cat programs work? Do I have to click on it before I start playing HoS or do i just play HoS and if a fault occurs go to logcat and save?

It depends a bit on your phone and your logger, but usually start it, start a game and play -- flip back to the logger and save / send the results.
