Hey All,
Some issues I seem to be having post-install. The installation seemed to go OK and per instructions. After the install, I tapped the icon and the its title changed from "Heroes of Steel" to "Installing". I deleted the app in the normal way and reinstalled it. Same issue.
I tried restarting my iPad and this time got a slightly different result - upon tapping the icon its title changed to "Waiting..." and there it's remained.
This is on an iPad 2, iOS 7. Any ideas? Thanks I'm really looking forward to playing the game!

runfastjeff - can you help by giving a step-by-step run down of where the hang-up is occurring? I can't tell from your description if this is while you are looking at the device in iTunes or while you are trying to run the app on the device. Can't wait to get this working for you!

Sure, here's the entire step by step (and to answer your question - the problem seems to happen when I'm trying to run the app on the device.): - Double-click the IPA file.
- IPA is successfully added to my apps in iTunes.
- Connect my iPad.
- iPad is synced as usual and I see the title of the Heroes of Steel icon change "Loading..." to "Installing..." to "Heroes of Steel".
- Interesting to note (maybe): The icon stays dark.
- Disconnect iPad.
- I tap the Heroes of Steel icon and its title changes to "Installing...". The icon stays dark.
- Restart iPad to see if it would make a difference.
- App icon is still dark, title has reverted to "Heroes of Steel".
- Upon tapping, icon title changes to "Waiting..." and stays dark.
Maybe useful additional facts: Updated to OS X Mavericks today. iTunes version is 11.1.2. Exact iOS version is 7.0.2.
Thank you!
Edit: I just tried this on my iPhone (iOS 7.0.2 as well) is it's exhibiting the exact same behavior.

Jeff -- it appears that we needed to do some stuff on our end to be compatible with the latest profiles in iTunes.
I have uploaded a new IPA file to the Google site.
Please uninstall and delete the old IPA, it will not work for anyone at this point.
The new IPA should install on your configuration -- and everyone else too!

OK, I just tried the new IPA twice and no luck - I'm getting the same behavior. I started from scratch by deleting everything on the computer and device, and downloaded the new IPA. Sorry. Could this be some kind of caching issue on Google downloads? I'm just guessing of course.
Thank you for the quick turnaround in any case!

Sorry for the back and forth.
I have uploaded a second file -- this is called an "Ad Hoc Mobile Provisioning"
This file needs to be added to iTunes -- probably by double clicking, maybe by dragging into the dock.
Once the mobile provisioning file is in iTunes, then you can install our ad hoc applications.
If you remove the provisioning profile, it will remove our apps as well.

Thanks! I downloaded the Ad Hoc file and re-downloaded the IPA. No luck. I'm seeing the same behavior. I tried adding the ad hoc before and after re-adding the IPA file.
Some of this is coming back to me - when I did design work on an iPad app a few years ago. At the time it seemed like voodoo. I seem to remember something about the UUID and its relation to the ad hoc file. I can't remember specifically - but maybe this means something to you? Like perhaps the UUID needs to appear in the ad hoc file?
