I was fighting some giant spiders and moved my outlander toward them when suddenly a "did you hear that ?".appear and my turn stopped without letting me finish it. The enemy played and I got another turn after. I think another group of enemies decided to join the party and provoked that.

Correct -- the character that was spotted by the other monsters failed a Stealth skill check so they got a free turn.
Andrew and I are working on smoothing out some of this in terms of how you're notified!

Cory Trese : my biggest problem was that I "lost" a full turn against those spiders I was fighting first. No problem to have another group joining (I warmly welcomed them ) but I only had the opportunity to move my outlander and not even to strike at any enemy.

Right -- the person designing the map set it up that way on purpose. The alpha map has a lot of variety in room triggers, timers and "spot character ratings." In the situation above, you walked into a trap. How we let you know about it needs to be improved. We won't use that tactic in maps all the time, and you'll notice your "lost" turn as a thing to avoid.

Ok Cory Trese no problem here. Maybe a little prompt saying : "you got trapped by <name of the enemy>" would do.

Yeah, absolutely, Andrew and I are working on smoothing out some of this in terms how the game notifies the player about this.

So I'll let you work and stop bothering you (only for this. I'll find other ways to bother you )
