I go by the descriptions used for the Templar gear, but at least in the first Sta Traders they never went into that kind of detail. I'm fine with them using it, but as Andrew once told me- they're trying to keep everything consistent so done in-house.

It finally hit me who that planetary guard captain reminds me of:

I do like the action shot of the first magazine falling while the guy grabs a second - really shows the pace of the scene

Yeah- one of these days I'll get more into his background. He's more the comic relief than anything, but in the right environment is a great 'fixer'.

Love the new page. I feel some great action coming on! I'm trying to keep both a good pace and presentation; without a lot of dialogue that's hard to pull off in a gunfight. Back to the black next chapter.

Still working on my dynamic lighting. Only now, event and conversation pacing is replaced with the need to show effective sequences of combat. Its more complicated than I thought managing combat in a 3D environment full of people and objects that don't exist.

I take it they dont have security scanners in the entrances? The combat is looking awesome so far...

Thanks! Probably nothing that can't be spoofed. They're in the spice district of an Indie planet. Probably not as secure as a military installation. I also want to thank everyone that occasionally checks in on my work. Its slower than it could be, and though I do it as kind of a therapy as opposed to wanting a giant fanbase, but it IS important to me that there's a few people like you out there that enjoy it.

That last page was done ridiculously fast, at least it felt like it. If its worth reading, I will read it . Very interested to see how the story develops...

I tend to draw out several pages in advance, then do the base colors for them, and so on.

SHort hiatus completing some commission work and I've decided to start writing for the Battletech wiki again. Turns out, the makers of the Shadowrun Returns games are also bringing back Battletech in a similar capacity. Probably in a format similar to Mechcommander.
