On the Kickstarter there were 2 backers that got the "design a dark race" level of commitment. What races are the ones so designed?  rabid PS: If you still haven't done a race. I vote for a plant or mineral based species! Ooo mineral based killers. Onyx Knight, Topaz Berserker. I, too, am curious about this. Anyone want to come forward as a Dark Race supporter? Totally understand if you don't, though.

I believe the Wizard is actually a creature from the Dark Race, but wearing some sort of Mirror of Mists spell that lets you *think* that the Wizard doesn't really want to EAT you. But you can tell. His eyes. His EYES are shifty. Look closely, and you can tell that the firebolt spell he uses so "effectively" is actually just practice for when he turns his power on you. Roasted Human is a delicacy, and what does Fire do to humans? Think about it people! Don't trust the Wizard

Deceitful scowl (curse): The Grumpy Shaman's base attack debuff. Enemies believe Grumpy is mad at them, but are not sure. Causes confusion type effect and debates as to whether the Grumpy Shaman is REALLY scowling or not. 2. Scowl (curse) Effect of discomfort -1 parry, -1 to hit. -1 to intelligence, chance of fear effect. Does not cause confusion because enemies can really tell ... the Grumpy is REALLY pissed! 3. Deeper Scowl (curse) Magnified discomfort -2parry, -2 to hit, -2 intelligence. -2 dexterity. Increased chance of induced fear effect 4. The Scowl of Storms (curse): -4 to all defensive skills. -4 to all offensive skills. Casts slow. High probability of fear effect. The Grumpy is truly mad! The terrifying visage of the animal shaman causes wretching spasms of 'EEEEK!". 5. Grandpa's Scowl of Eternal Displeasure (curse): paralyze. The mightiest of scowls. Nothing beats your grandaddy's Grumpy scowl. NOTHING. It causes instant paralysis and gibbering stupidity. You know you've done wrong. You know that you will be punished. You know Grandaddy WILL get the hose. rabid |

Storm of Scowls is my favorite lol.
Both of the dark race backers currently haven't been on the forum for a bit. We're looking at a race of arachnid humanoids and and unique twist on lycanthropy!
