I noticed that during party creation you use an in game keyboard. I personally prefer the phone keyboard. I know with multi platform you have different keyboards but wouldn't it be just an api call?

slayernz - we run on multiple OS now (iOS and Android) so we are currently running at the lowest common denominator. We will add OS support as we go, this is in the category with the back button.

Unfortunately, the Android OS is not constructed in such a way that the NDK and the OS widgets do not interact very well.
Solutions created to bridge the gap were tested and found lacking on the variety of devices we want to support.
As a result, we elected to go with an "in game" keyboard which is a very common strategy for our peers in the cross platform game space.
I would not expect to see native keyboard support in Android or iOS in the near term -- but I will continue to contribute to and support efforts to produce a viable integration for either or both operating systems.

It is complicated, of course, especially on Android 4.3 and above. We will do whatever we can.
The overall thing is -- I didn't add an in-game keyboard because I thought I would be able to make a better keyboard than Android. Neither do all those other games. They are, however, able to make a more compatible keyboard.
If the better keyboard can be made compatible with games in the future, I will jump at that chance.
