Is there a way to see how far an enemy can move?

Maybe with some Implants? Add them... or a certain level of skill @ perception! That'd be cool

not really. You can kind of see it when they move. The hunds is usually about 5-6. gang bosses about 5-6 sniper drones and lower-end 'gang' drones about 3-4 most gangers (los v, fennian, streets) 3-4 Basic yak about 4 yak bosses/assassins about 5. Most corp humans is 4-5 overall. Some maybe 6. Drones vary. Sniper ones (heavy gun) are about 3-4. shock/melee drones about 3 (but HIGH AP, so a LOT of short moves) One of the flight-type drones I think can go about 4-5.
This is average from memory.
And also why I espouse getting a 5-6 Athletics FAST. And also 9-12 AP.. If you go through even KH or Brave Star much in missions you risk getting swamped and wiped out quickly.
If you don't have high AP, you WILL lose initiative. If that happens and theyre close to you. Expect to die, fast and nastily

If you want good initiative, Wired Nerves are good - they add 1d6 to your initiative roll. Expensive, yes, but worth it (in my opinion - though I'm an implant junkie. Seriously though, my DV is 185 and I'm currently saving up for some cybernetic lungs).

One note for building up AP...
Every two points of either dex/int/per adds +1 ap. Depending on your build/design for your char, you can focus just on one stat and build it up like mad.. Or spread (like 1 int, 1 per... back and forth, or 1 dex and 1 of another).. The thing to be aware of is how the XP costs go for each.. it's 'cheapest' to focus on just one stat in body and mind overall..
Body/Mind - static raise (2x or 3x next value.. slipping mind at the moment) Str/Dex and Int/Per ADDS the Body/Mind and OTHER stat in that category before the multiplier calculation.
So make sure that you max whichever AP-based stat first, to max, THEN raise body/mind to up it, else you'll be overspending XP when you don't need to
