I decided to take a look at this game after being an inglorious basterd in Star Traders.
ST is very fun.
But I wanted to see what this game can do for the pirate in me.
So hello fellow swabbies, I will be perusing the board to see whats up.

I'm a total nub still messing around in Sveet's story (moar muniez!!), but if I can help I will. At the moment, I'm trying to keep my crew from strangling themselves with rigging. Sometimes over and over and over again. -_-

I made the mistake of going sandbox first going to have to restart so I can get the hang of it.

Ha, I just thought of having a Beiber concert on the high seas to scare off pirates. Stick him in a galleon with some fans and have them sail ahead to ward of ghosts, pirates, raiders...
But anyway, that crew death in particular comes up quite a bit. Is there an ondeck safety crew or something I need to hire? I'm going to have nightmares about rigging and strangulation at this rate.

It's not the crew, it's the ship. It's alive and killing your crew so it can be alone with you. you just don't realize it yet. But soon, soon it will snap and sink itself taking you with it.  |
