So the first run through I did the ending which gets you Eliza as a runner.
Much later I got a contract to the church where you find them (St. Andrew's?). When I get there I still had dialogue box options related to Sara/Eliza and I was able to turn Eliza and her mom in to Mars and collect the reward. That was handy. I got Eliza, 125,000 creds and 50 rep or whatever it is. I can't imagine how much rep I'll lose when Mars realizes the Krofters I gave them were just a couple of street urchins I stunned and had their facial features reconstructed in a shady street clinic.
I don't know if this works in every game. I do remember in the first play through that I clicked a dialogue box and ended up repeating a section of the dialogue with Sara and was afraid that maybe I had screwed things up. That might have triggered the appearance of the discussion options later on. I don't know.

contributor - so you found vestiges of the dialog still hanging out at the Church of St. Andrews later. You just returned their randomly on a job?

Yeah, that's basically it.
Like I tried to explain, the first time I went through it I somehow triggered extra dialogue, which might have left it there for when I came back. I wasn't really looking for it though. Just got there and saw it was still available so I thought "let's see what happens?"

contributor - any chance you remember which dialog prompt you found waiting for you?

contributor - I have created #CK-2226 to look at this one and try to resolve it so that no one else gets that lucky

fallen, sorry I don't remember the specific dialogue. Something about "you're both coming with me back to Mars.... ??" maybe?

contributor - thanks for the extra details. I made some changes to the story event pre-conditions for any of those dialog paths. Once you've selected an ending, there should be no way to get back again.
