You should have received an email from Andrew on how to get the update. Please, please read the Quick Summary and create Cellet Void games if you want to keep playing that area.
Quick Summary
- Please help us by posting your feedback on the forum. If you are posting feedback that contains details about the story events, please use the word SPOILER to help those who wish to avoid the threads dodge knowing too much! Remember, there are only 50 of you with the game and a lot of other jealous forum users drooling over your posts!
- Cellet Void (P1 & P2 of the Alpha) will no longer be available after this update. You can continue to play existing games created in v1.0.7, but all new games will be created into the Heroes of Steel game. The available game area is smaller than Cellet Void at this time. We encourage you to create a few games in Cellet Void before installing the update. Once installed, you cannot go back.
- The game's saved format has stabilized. You no longer need to uninstall the previous version of Heroes of Steel in order to receive updates. Thanks for your patience. You are free to just "grab the update" and install. Have fun!
- At this point, the fixed issues list is mostly contained in the threads on the forum. It is too much for Cory and I to maintain the blossoming list. Lots of stuff got fixed and balanced! More is coming! Enjoy!

I have just created a new board called "The Story (HS)" for everyone to use to post feedback about the story. It is currently closed so that only Alpha members can view and post there, so the rest of the forum won't get any spoilers.

Wow! I moved last Friday and have been working my butt off trying to get everything set up in my new apartment. Get the internet switched on, check my email and BAM! a birthday present from the brothers. Thanks a ton for the awesome (and unintended) birthday present today guys!

Wow! I moved last Friday and have been working my butt off trying to get everything set up in my new apartment. Hey fallenLike johndramey, I've been super busy this past few days. I'll get on Alpha 3 ASAP. Past 2 days have been like working under a magical hex. I almost did an ACK ( slayernz) before getting stomped. Can you believe the Fuel Tank protector (plastic thing that goes on the bottom of a car to protect the fuel tank) cracked like an eggshell and partly fell off the car? It was raining buckets and I had no facility to take that thing out for an entire day. So I grab a 2nd company car and that one breaks down as well 3 hours later. (Anti-lock breaks went dead). Thus, I grabbed the LAST of 3 cars only to find that the air conditioning is broken. (Its the Caribbean down here. A/C is a must, not an option. It's like an oven most days.) So I took that one to the shop as well. 3 for 3 in two days. I'm down to being picked up by a work buddy. I hope that freaking car doesn't explode or something. With my luck, it probably turns into a Decepticon and tries to tattoo "To Punish and Enslave" on my arse. rabid PS: That would be a pretty wicked and funny tattoo.  |

rabidbite : THAT's a awesome chain of bad luck ! (and yeah ! That's a really wicked tatoo.  ) P3 is really awesome and addictive. When I try it the first day I miss my train station to work and got late at work, when my boss ask me why I was late...well I got ACKed ( slayernz -I wonder if it's a verb. What do you say ?). Take care not to play it before an appointment or cancel it
