Yes! This game would be even better if the tbs added more puchaseable modifiers for both weapons, armor, and your character.
Let me elaborate with some examples: *more stims: the Ck version of adderal, increases gunplay, etc. *some kind of semi permanent stealth paint for your armor, makes encounters rarer. *attachable Scopes/barrels to different weapons effectively making them have rediculous ranges; (I'm thinking a 9-block range pistol) *finally more various physical proformance enhancers, like a drug that boosts your physical stats up to ludicrous levels while sacrificing AP. Thus making you or a runner somewhat of a walking bullet magnet/tank.
There are so many options that I would love to see added.

Pretty sure it's already got a relatively low ticket, but since we're listing off ideas, perhaps recoil compensators to [insert something it might do here, as I can't quite think of a use yet, but it'd be pretty cool]...

Perhaps a concealability factor. Big guns create more heat.
Bipods and gyro stabilizers: increaase accuracy significantly but slow or stop movement one turn before and after using. Bayonet: increase damage at point blank distance for no ammo cost. Snipercomp (these actually exist): attachment that measures wind, takes distance and increases accuracy and effective distance. Expensive as shit And requires rangefinder pprerequisite. accuracy mods stack Laser rangefinder: increases accuracy and effective distance Grenade launcher: creates a damage pattern that effects muliple badboys. Heavy ammo. Bullpup stock: reduces length and any point blank penalties. Decreases concealability heat. Extended magazine/ beta drum magazine Hand Grenades- smoke for increasing restreat potential, knock out gass for apprehention, HE (short distance splash out in the open, frag when there is cover (walls, etc) because you cant throw it farther than its effective blast radius. Flash bangs reduce reaction and accuracy stats of enemies for two rounds.

I don't see how demolition charges would work outside of how grenades work in the game. Except as incidental parts of the plot, and that means demolition and sabotage jobs!

That and maybe dropping a remotely detonated pack that would damage for maybe 2-3 squares.
