I didn't find this suggestion on the forum. As re-usability is going to be wanted, a skip button for the introduction is in order rabid

rabidbite - yep. It has come up on another thread as well. We will eventually provide a Skip button that would be available after you had created your first game, and would jump you directly to the point where you are armed and standing at the chest.

Added! You start at the chest with the short dialog before picking up your weapons.

If so, you won't get any xp from the intro ? (no reward for Tamlin for opening the cells ?)

beuns - correct. But in the game scheme of things, you'll survive I think.

fallen, maybe you add a button to skip any scripted cut scenes ... dialog you can blaze through so it's only the scripted movement that is at issue, although the bridge scene is so cool it should have a confirmation prompt stating "really? You want to miss out on the coolest scene in the universe???"

I won't survive.
Instead...
I will CONQUER!!! (Stands proudly in that manner that only Homer Simpson is able to portrait: Great patriotism laced with perpetual stupidity and laziness.)

slayernz - we aren't going to add skip buttons to cut scenes. Too heavy on the UI and system requirements, and it's not something that is done in RPG games we love (old ones).
