As an enhancement request it would be good to get a teleport spell for the wizard because of all the character classes, the wizard is the least adept at breaking out when surrounded. It would allow the wizard to shift up to 5 squares for 5ap, but means if he is completely surrounded, he has a chance of escape

I can see this ability easily used to bug the fights. Stand by a wall, almost about to get hit, port away. I'd suggest Line of Sight limitations on it.

Yeah, and an error factor in the teleportation at lower levels. Something like this: Level | AP Cost | SP Cost | Tele Range | Tele Error | Teleport 1 | 5 | 16 | 4 | 3 | Teleport 2 | 5 | 20 | 5 | 3 | Teleport 3 | 5 | 24 | 5 | 2 | Teleport 4 | 4 | 28 | 5 | 2 | Teleport 5 | 4 | 32 | 5 | 1 | Teleport 6 | 4 | 36 | 6 | 1 | Teleport 7 | 3 | 40 | 6 | 1 | Teleport 8 | 3 | 44 | 6 | 0 | Teleport 9 | 3 | 48 | 7 | 0 | Teleport 10 | 3 | 52 | 8 | 0 |
The error would be the number of squares away from the selected square. That means for Teleport 1, there is a possibility that you could only end up 1 square away from your origin! I'm also guessing it's a self-only spell ... or may be self-only until a particular level (eg level 5)

One of the things I like best about Wizards is seeing them running away screaming in terror and soiling their robes whenever somebody gets past the Outlander. Gives it a sense of realism. I'm on board with teleport as long as there is a 60% chance they will materialize inside a wall or trap, with maximum of 3 AP. The 3 AP gives scraggly beard a chance to get back behind the Outlander where he belongs ( slayernz as you've probably guessed by now Wizards are too me what Steel Song is too you).

How about after teleporting, the Wizard gets zero AP (no matter where he turns up) ... similar to a Neptune Specialist firing?
Wizards are not cowards ... through their studies, they have gained an understanding that they are indeed very mortal, being of flesh and blood and intellect. They therefore choose to put thicker, more dense material between them and a potential threat, and Vraes is a classic example in both respects. Karjtan doesn't scream as he runs past Vraes ... and being robes, he may or may not be commando, making involuntary bodily motions much less of an issue.

If you think Kjartan is soiling himself, then you clearly haven't been to the bridge I promised Cory in early September that I would never ask for a Teleport spell. It was a trade for a few other goodies I got.
