The forums storage space is maxed out and I have a lot of trouble at times with links for photos to my G+ account grävling. I'm not worried about it. It could just be some weird cache error on my end. When the rabbit is truly needed, he will come chainsaw in hand ready to slice and dice all that stand in his way (and maybe a few spectators for the fun of it) |

grävling it's not so much about the money - it's the way that Proboards manages the file storage and effectively doesn't provide any tools to help clean the stuff up. There is so much posted from years and years ago that is completely irrelevant for today - shhh, I might have been one of those prolific uploaders. If you have access to a FTP or even a basic website hosting service, it is pretty easy to get images up without too much fuss.

I have my own, so, yeah its not a problem for me. Though the sheep seems to have problems. But people are going to want to post screenshots for the alpha. We either need to explain how to do this, very thoroughly, so they don't have a bad experience or we will have some very frustrated and unhappy testers. I posted this startradersrpg.proboards.com/post/111875 how to do it a few years ago. This is still the preferred way to do things? |

It shows 2013 for me as well:  FYI, the way I post screenshots is to upload them somewhere like Imgur, get the link to the image itself, and use the bbcode on the forum to display it. This way nothing has to be uploaded to the forum and you don't have to worry about storage. |

Well I would say thanks for that BlastGT1 cause now I know I not crazy, but I already am As for photo posting, I can do it through other means, it's just time consuming so I save it for really important things. That link is good though grävling so thanks for posting that. |

FYI, the way I post screenshots is to upload them somewhere like Imgur, get the link to the image itself, and use the bbcode on the forum to display it. This way nothing has to be uploaded to the forum and you don't have to worry about storage. Me too, but a lot of people seem to have a tough time of getting bbcodes to work for them, so the link I posted shows how to do it while editing in the forum. Which is slower, but not slower than reading a bbcode manual trying to figure out what the heck you want, and then discovering that the guide you read was for a somewhat different dialect of bbs software, and won't work here, and so on and so forth. |

Not sure what's up with proboards, but was pretty sure that rabidbite had been around more recently than 2013. Checked his recent post and that was dated Aug 11, 2016... He's still been absent for a bit but hopefully that's just because he's been consumed by his book writing. |
