In Oskahold I have the option of taking different quests. There's the one from the Reeve which seems to follow the main story line. Then there's a quest or two given by the merchant. Are there any repercussions to taking one over the other. The merchant pays more. Does that mean greater difficulty? Does the order change the outcome of the story at all, or do we lose the option to take certain quests if we take others first?

Our design plan has a very limited amount of non-linearity planned for the first episode. Being the merchants friend is good. Saving the town is good.

I've signed up to every quest that is mentioned ... I know I'm bound to get around to it at one stage or other - and sometimes they are mutually beneficial

I can promise it will get more complicated down the line
