Awesome game!
Few feedback Comments:
+ Some sort of quick-move functionality would be nice:
When your squad needs to move from one end of a map to another it can take quite a long time... they don't move very fast. If you're passing through a part of a dungeon that is already fully explored it would be great if there was an option to make them move quicker.
+ Map overlay would be good.
Is this feature already around and I'm missing it? Would be nice to have a togglable simple map show up in corner of screen.
+ (possible spoiler) Can't take stairs...
taking the west road in episode 1 there are two stairs down. One connected with the caravan mission... those stairs work... there is another near water, Bottom leftish of map... I can't go down these... is this activated by a plot trigger I haven't hit yet?
+ "Did you hear that?".
My team keep hearing things when there are chests but no evil creatures nearby. Are the chests making noises... is this a bug... or are there triggers for evil creatures here for more difficult levels (I'm on normal first time through)
+ Spelling or grammar mistake
This is going to be one if the most annoying feedback you get. I remember seeing something wrong in the dialogue and thinking "I've got to mention that on the forum." I've forgot what it was now... lol... I will look for it again 2nd time through when I try on a more difficult setting... so I can be more useful and not just waste your time...
+ Any plans on offering an option to "buy all episodes and characters"
I try to avoid buying piecemeal... never done it on any other game...usually avoid buy-in games. This being Trese brothers and knowing how good your games are and how responsive you are... I'm willing to break that rule of mine.: ). But can we have an option... say pay $10 for all four episodes as they become available and first 4 add on characters? (Optimistically giving myself and others a discount there... but already purchased first episode).
+ Map Editor
Couldn't have this for Templar Assault because of permissions settings... but it would be great if squads that had completed all four episodes if they could visit user designed maps. I think people would pay a little extra to be able to create and upload their own maps and download others... wouldn't have to have story points in as I'm sure that would be more difficult.
This would extend the playability of the game.
+ Better breasts
Your artwork has always been fantastic... but your breasts look more realistic now then in cyberknights! (Or rather your female characters breasts)...
... not that that's a major point of the game... but its one thing that continually amused me about cyber knights; all the women (and some
men) looked like they had botched boob jobs.
+ a huge thanks...
Really is a great game. The initial classes are very well balanced. The difficulty on normal is a little easy but that's what one would expect. Maps are well designed... complex but channel you in a direction that you need to be going without making you get continually lost.
Artwork and graphics are fantastic.
Overall user interface and experience is very good.
I do wish I could move faster and see another talent from the main screen though.
A+
