I'm looking to build a team with a hacker, a sniper, and a face. I seem to randomly encounter face NPCs all over, but what faction back room persona-fix hires out hackers?

shapcano - you might find a file called "Persona Fixers of the NBZ" which you can install on your computer and provides all the answers. Here's a suggestion from the file - BraveStar: Hatchet Gambino - known for providing Knights with cheap Runners who have high potential, Hatchet works exclusively in hacking talent.
