lazarus is dead on. 100% right. One addition would be Aim gives you a chance based on your Firearms skill. Using Dual Shot always does a Speed+1 without a save needed.

Using Dual Shot always does a Speed+1 without a save needed. fallenSo the only differences between Dual Shot and Burst Fire are: Dual Shot costs 1 AP instead of 2 and can only be done with matching pistols, while Burst Fire can be done with any weapon but gets +1-4 Accuracy for all shots fired during that attack if used with a pistol. Right? Is there another difference I'm missing? I'm thinking about rolling a new character and can't decide between these two. EDIT: Sorry, my post is actually a little off topic. Also, I forgot another difference. For additional AP, Dual Shot can add as many extra shots as you have in Speed on your pistols. Burst Fire is always just +1 AFAIK.

fallen I understand that Dual Shot does not actually increase Speed. I was commenting on the fact that they are functionally very similar. Dual Shot does end up being more rounds fired in the end, since it can be used more than once with enough AP. On another side-note, while we're on the topic of Class abilities, does Kill Shot increase damage at all or just Accuracy? I read the manual entry and it sounds as if it only increases your chance to hit. And if so, then why call it Kill Shot? Please don't think I'm criticizing you or anything. Just been curious.
