Hi guys, first time player / consumer of your products. Good game you've got started here! I played through to the second recovery point in the prologue and decided to start over after investing in the game.
Anyways, it would be really nice if the store had more detailed info on the premium characters prior to purchase. For example: access to their stats and skills.
Specifically, something that was very offputting for me was that there was zero indication that the spellsword would be usable only in the redbearded wizard slot. All it said was "Add to any group". When I decided to make the purchase, I did so thinking that I could use him instead of the thief (since redbeard has Security utility spells.)
This makes me wary of purchasing any new chars in the future since I don't know what limitations and/or restrictions come with them.
Please consider opening up the premium characters up to be used in any slot.

bigchris - sorry that it was confusing, and we will add more information to the store right away to make it clear that the character is only available for the Mage slot. Another character, the Rogue, is coming which could be swapped in for the Thief character. We also have an item on our list to enable access to the character's talent list from the store - we will get there eventually. The game is designed around 4 character slots (Warrior, Mage, Stealth, Healer) and we won't be able to allow creating groups that have 2 Mages, for example. Ah, my bad for not understanding the mechanics...sorry if y'all made that clear somewhere and I just overlooked it. I was thinking that eventually one would be able to put together a 100% mage or melee party. No worries about a refund- it's only a couple bucks, and he's waaaay better than the stock mage. Thanks for the super-fast response / resolution. Y'all earned yourselves a repeat customer.

bigchris - thanks, and we are happy to have your support. The above screenshot will go in with the new update, so it was definitely a failure on our part not to make it more clear. It's funny ... we did a Heroes of Steel KickStarter in February of 2013 ... and we've shared so much about it, its a little difficult to get out of the mode that some things would just be clear Thanks for pointing this one out, and we will try to be more aware in the future! Hope the new store listing helps.
