Hiho,
Problem summary: Unit-related UI controls become non-responsive if Turn==>OK is selected while captain's Special selection mode is active. The main menu remains responsive.
Version: 1.9.1. BTW, i don't see the version number anywhere in the UI - had to find it in the app manager.
Device: Nexus 7 (2012) running stock Android 4.4.2. Not rooted.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start up the tutorial level - Select the Captain unit - Tap "Special" - Tap "Turn" (BTW: "turn" is ambiguous here - it could mean "rotate unit", and it might be a good idea to add two Rotate Left/Right buttons to avoid the problem that a unit can no longer rotate if he has another unit beside him) - Tap "OK"
The unit-related UI components then fail to respond to any further actions. (Or maybe it's just taking an arbitrarily long time to resolve the enemy's turn, and showing to indication that it is doing so? i waited about 30 seconds on multiple attempts.) The only way out i've found is to use the Abort Mission option.

sgbeal - I have added #TA-2284 to fix this for the next Templar update. The bug is that the "Turn" button should disappear if you enter the Special action mode. We re-did all the button UIs recently and that slipped through the cracks.

i only triggered it because i wasn't sure what i was supposed to do after tapping "Special" (now i do, though).
