Thanks to the forum users who reported the bug with the Phone Connectors! We are getting through all the bugs introduced by the new jobs foundation and getting ready to pick up some speed!

Cava now gives me jobs in any zone i call him from, thank you! And about the "low paid jobs affair", it was probably very bad luck, after some ridicolus pay job, now he's getting also some assassination/capture in corp zones  yahoo for the first time, i'm going to buy a very good armor...ghghghgh probably the best one, with 36k nuyens i can afford the top class armor in this game, double yahoo  i'm quite curious for the new job system the game is already awesome...but you can surprise me another time after the past new encounter system love your dedication!! Triple yahoo ok, enough talking, i go back to CK |

Slide87 - the low paying job and no-jobs were the same issue. He gives better jobs on your Reputation, and he was using the "current region". Both should be fixed! dann - we are slowly switching out the entire underpinning for the job system. At this time, things should continue to work the same (except as noted in Release Notes) ... so, mostly watch for things that don't seem right.

I started a new Face on Normal and got a number of missions on day one trying to send me off to BS, Yakuza, BO and one for even Aztec. X.x They were all from Street and Fennian contractors. Its day three and Streets/Fennians still want to send me off to die! |

just one question, as I hadn't played CK for a while and came back the last days: did something with the HEAT-system change? I entered numerous backrooms and hanged out there a while (drinking and listening), but my HEAT didn't cool down significantly. it even got higher from time to time, when new patrons came in. so my question is: bug or feature? am I supposed to just get some refreshments, stay in hotels and hand over poor guys ands ladies in encounters to lower HEAT?

Cory and Fallen say there have been no changes, it's just being displayed better. But I am seeing this too. Talk to the people in the backrooms, don't just load them up and the heat goes down some. |

Were you in a Heat Wave? There heat never goes down...just builds until you get hit by evil people.
