Does anyone have a comprehensive list of things that effect reputation? (eyes Elizabeth and the "Manual Crew")
If not, and I suspect not, should we try to assemble one by accumulating in comments a list of things people have done, who they were (the captain that is), and the effect on their reputation?
I ask because I have a reasonably accurate intuitive sense for what effects rep, but it's becoming increasingly apparent that my knowledge is far from comprehensive. In particular I'm fascinated in the differences in "expected and appropriate behavior" between the various classes. (ex.: A military officer gets dinged for ignoring pirates, a bounty-hunter generally does not)

It was her post that pointed me towards even recognizing that there was a difference between military officers dealing with pirates and bounty hunters. I'm not sure why it had never occurred to me before, seems obvious in retrospect.
I'm mostly wondering at this point over what other differences there are. (and Liz's post on rep was pretty much the only one I could recall seeing that went into detail on it at all)
