slayernz, again thanks. Nigel worked through a lot of his "daddy issues" during the challenge and the victory might actually help him believe he is his own man. In other news, I think this means that you still have yet to beat me in a challenge that doesn't involve my untimely death due to a Narvidian Hive. Better luck next time.

contributor, I beat you on the last challenge and you can't blame the Narv hive ... you got toasted by a simple Cadar flagged Night Vector (sure the Alien softened you a little, but you were a ZEALOT man!). Goes to show you shouldn't have sided with Steel Song! I did in this challenge and look where it got Glurk!

I say we both fly for SS next time. Then there will be no excuses.

I've done it once ... I feel like I've been wading through an oil slick and now need a decent scrubbing down in order to get rid of the taint! One of the mini-challenges that crossed my mind as I played this game was ... 1) you are only allowed to keep Pilot at the same level as your character level 2) you have to use all available XP as you are able to use it (ie, can't stockpile) 3) you CANNOT use doctors. Challenge would be "who can survive the most encounters before dying a painful death" And no ... I don't think I'll be flying SS any time soon

Okies! A few days late and a few ultranium short, Comet Whisperer has completed the challenge on Crazy (east coast US snowstorm helped): All flagships, 80 ranks, 13,305 turns, however--- so, 6800 points, unless you subtract for going 3305 turns over Have no idea how to get screenshots from my phone over. Oh, and killed a few aliens on the way... oh, and OMG, the Javat Flag is an absolute beast to fly! It handles about as well as a cinder block in molasses, uses more water than Afghanistan, and seems about as sturdy as a battletank made out of pure depleted uranium. In short, I find that I love it.

Hey all, a week or two late on this. On track so far (cause in not dead). We'll see how it goes. Just figured out that spy wars are awesome. After lvl 20 challenge on insane I thought this would be a breeze on crazy. It's actually quite hard. I'll post when it's complete or I'm dead. Lol
Update: just switched from intermediary dragon cutter to thulun flag.
Update 2: Finished, 2275 all 6 ships still functional. 4315 turns over limit.
