Dying Enforcer Encounter Question

Hi everyone.

Thank you all for your help so far.

There is an encounter with a wounded Enforcer, who will die if not given immediate aid.
If you heal him and he wants to join you, well and good....

Unless you have a full team. All you can do, is call him "dead weight", and have the bad vibes, for not giving him a chance to better his life.

Does that rejected Enforcer, then appear in the Back Room list?

If not. Could the option be available to send him, (her), to the Back Room?

Not making this a wish. Just an observation.

Perhaps add it that, if the CK doesn't carry a medkit, he can send him to the backroom as well, but the chance that he dies is much higher than if you patch him up with your last medkit.
