I think I posted about this ages ago, but I still see it happening. I will have two Templars holding a doorway or corridor with 2AP @ held. A bug will move up, but not be in range. -1AP
Then the bug moves up again coming into range of both Templars, supposedly giving both of them 1AP to spend in defensively attacks. However, at times which I cannot reliably figure out, the secondary Templar (the one to the side if the door or the one behind the one in front) will lose his defensive AP like Templars who don't have an attack.

I've spent time investigating and testing for this before.
I have used up that AP on accident by turning or pressing "End Turn" a number of times.
However, in all my searching and testing with the game, I have not seen your report occur as a bug yet.
I'm still looking when I play TA.

Looks like I'll have to borrow the wife's Fire HD. It is an incredible PITA to get a shot on the early Fires.
