It would be awesome to have a visual cue like a highlighted outline of the sprite when you or an enemy is under a curse. On your own characters you can dig down to the "effects" button to see whether or not you are under a curse. If you can't highlight the character on the combat screen, then a potential compromise could be to add effects to the stats bubble that comes up when you tap on an enemy.

monk - thanks for the post and welcome to the forums! Hope you are enjoying Heroes of Steel. We are working on some enhancements to the Monster Detail box now, and in the next itereation or so, we'd expect to be showing what curses / enemy buffs / special powers they posses as a monster.

Second the visual clue. Also some sort of visual clue when a curse works on an enemy. Yeah, I'm glad for the second visual cue as well -- one we worked out before the alpha even started. Put many hours into making sure the monster details display correctly reflects the curses (still working on that.) In an upcoming release, we may add a list or set of icons that indicates currently active buffs and curses for monsters (to match the existing displays for characters.) Thanks for playing =)
