Yeah...uhm, so my reading comprehension is not what it normally is. Living in a town different than my family until we close on the house tomorrow, frequent 4 hour round-trips back to see them as often as I can, waking up between 2:30-4 am to get ready for work...etc. That said, I am trying to get a feel for the new dynamic for the jobs offered. I started a new character a few days ago before the job changes and just upgraded to a fancy 6 job computer, and am finding it fairly difficult to make use of that many job slots. The problems I am running into are these: 1. Can't cycle through jobs that I don't want. I have to accept a job and then abandon it taking a rep hit before the connector will offer a new job. 2. Hard to get jobs that are all against the same faction and not against a faction I am trying to stay friendly with. 3. Even if I get a set of jobs that are against my chosen enemies, if I get up to 6 of them I am being sent all over the map. Brain no workie. Tired of running from connector to connector trying to get jobs that work for my knight. Spending more time looking for jobs than doing them, a little bit too much like what my real life was like last year, lol. I am assuming from what I could glean from the above discussion, this is all part of a job rebalance in progress, and it should sort itself out to something more dynamic and balanced in the next few updates. Am I understanding correctly? You need more phone connectors. Then you head to a phone, call up all the people who often have jobs in this area, and do them. Note, you idea that 'the whole point of this is to stuff a computer full of jobs' is slightly off base. It is so that you don't have to pass up good jobs on offer, because you are already full (and so do not get to see them). All that being said, some Connectors are scheduled to really focus on a certain faction. If your goal in life is to have KH really hate you, taking job after job from Vinny that rat will do that for you now, and always has, but the new thing is supposed to make everything more faction aware.

Although it's still been my favourite TB title, THIS is what I've really been wanting from it. Jobs that make sense, that are consistent, that reflect the world around you and the current state of affairs. Jobs against a specific faction consistently coming from specific people, as Gravling mensions above. It all leads to a complex economy with interactions that are less random and make sense, and I can't wait to see how far the Brothers manage to develop it over the coming months. It feels like the good old days of gaming, getting out a notepad and a pencil to keep track of what's going off, until you get used to how things are going down in your playthrough. Although modern gaming has brought with it many pitfalls, traps and horrors (PDLC for content that's already finished, or to unlock stuff you already have in the game files, F2P milking kids for every last penny) it has also brought great things too. Remember when a game was just... Finished? You think "Ooo it would be great if you could do THIS!" A year later an almost identical sequel comes out with bits that are slightly improved... I'm so glad this game is on Mobile. The constant updates and community feedback have created a title that keeps getting better and better as the months go by. Well done as always, TB! This is the reason I pay for your Elite games, and am an Elite Supporter

mataeus - thanks for your support! I hope you will help us by telling 2 people about Trese Brothers today <- An attempt to make actionable requests I've been trying to spread the word, so if you get a bunch of messages from Xbox 360 rpg gamers, I had a hand in that.
