I am playing on crazy now. That level should be called challenging!
anyway, trying to be a smuggler of ill begotten reknown, had a bit of a shortage of crew when I was attacked by a pirate... (read "I attacked him but he lost and winners write the history books so...") anyway, went to go get me some more crew dogs as I only had 3 left when this battle started and when it was over there were 48 left on that steam pile of Cadar dung they called a Pirate Dagger but guess what?
Did you guess that the enslave button was grayed out? If so, *DING* *DING* *DING* we have a winner!
I have not been denied the option of enslavement when I have had open bunks and available applicants. Is this suppose to happen on CrAzy!?

Your intimidation skill wasn't high enough.

You also need to have a certain number of "real" crew for enslavement to be an option. ("real" crew doesn't include officers)
I'm not sure what that number is.

The magic number is 5. You must have the Captain + Officer + 5 Crew to enslave.
