Well I finally got curious on what these exalt and smite buttons do since they sounded so exciting and I have always enjoyed electrical storms (even when climbing for some reason it always seemed preferable to falling).
So ... I clicked on the help button and immediately a blank white box appeared over my forum, covering any options to remove it and making it difficult to keep on reading posts. Well this is interesting, so I tried my flash blocker and pop up blocker settings, but no joy. Luckily it was only for this forum, and went away when I closed and reopened.
Thinking I was doing something I thought I would check help on getting help ... this same white box appeared ... of course. So by now I was determined to find out what this supper help database was that was too powerful for my browser (Chrome) to render. Well a quick check in firefox showed me that it was just some slow moving video, not searchable and no mention of the effect of smiting someone. Well I did not watch much.
So if you really were bored enough to read all of this ... don't click the help button if you are using chrome. Search on google instead. And if you want to know what smite and exalt does - it just gives karma, and I think you get 1 per hour to dish out. Oh and admins can tell who has done what so no smiting yourself!!!
PS I won't express my thoughts on this message board at the risk of getting heavily smitten by the producers (nobody related to Star traders of course). However such an awesome game really deserves the best there is.
