Could we get a way to step straight to the fight at the Oskahold gate? I'd prefer not to have to slog through the low level intro again & again & again to get to 6th level where the characters start becoming interesting.

Uhm, free content ends at the circle after the bridge leaving Red Hill.
How do you determine what level y'all are, what stuff you gots and what your attributes/skills/talents are no matter where you get to fast forward to?

Free content finished at the gates of Oskahold after you defeat the Rakin Shaman.
Finding out your level involves you clicking on the character icon, then clicking on the circle to the right of the character icon circle that looks like an arrow, and err ... an avocado with a mermaid tail?!?

Okay, start in Oskahold after X run throughs. Easier way to get points assigned.
Level would be 6th, gear would be all the common stuff plus,say, about half the chests rolled up plus whatever the TBs stats say is a Median amount of gold from critter kills.
Of course, I'd prefer more toons & content completed first.

OH ... that's cool. I didn't know that. Maybe I am thinking of the Alpha stage and found that it ended at the Gates. I bought Ep1 straight away so never hit the "end of free" point after the game was released and made the foolish assumption that the East Gate was still the switch point.

The reason we won't add a skip is that we're going to keep working RH until it is so good you *can't* imagine skipping it. A besides, if we added a skip we certainly wouldn't give you all the XP for completionist play, nor any of the stashed items hidden behind secret doors. |

I wasn't hoping for it until a bit down the road anyway, but...I don't like playing 1st levels and even without buffing & twinking capability I could rip through the low levels faster in the MMORPGs I've played.
As much as I love TA, I don't play it much because I've lost two parties I finally got going in the top difficulty to catastrophic device failures. It's just a big PITA to grind through repeated n00b missions praying for enough luck to survive until the squad gets some gear & stats to handle the occasional bad roll in combat or strong bug.
