I haven't had any trouble since I chatted up that lady on Amazon...the one who played WoW & EQ. Swapping stories about pulling in Lower Guk in the old days while she checked on why HoS wasn't updating in a timely manner for us. Don't know if she changed a setting or I just got some karma points from it, but its been great.
