Lady Strom asks the party to escort her to Riven Field and when you first leave Oskahold for the Torrent Watershed dialogue says she's accompanying your group.
However you never hear from her again once you reach Riven Field and as far as I can tell recieve no reward for agreeing to take her there.
Is this something that will be covered in episode 2, or just background flavor with no real impact on the game play.
What happens if you say no to escorting her? Will it have any impact on the story currently or in future episodes?

xdesperado - seems to be some confusion. If you talk to her enough in E1, she mentions considering leaving Oskahold due to the trouble. When you leave Oskahold, she insists on escorting YOU (not the other way around) to the entrance to the Trade Secrets path. Then she returns to Oskahold. When E1A2 complets, Mariah Strom is still in Oskahold. You are never asked if you want to Escort her anywhere. You are asked "Are we ready to leave Oskahold?" More on that later in the story.

fallen I've talked to Lady Strom plenty and I could swear at one point after retrieving her trade papers and prior to defeating the Great Shaman, that a yes/no dialogue box pops up for you to take a job escorting her to Riven Field. Nothing is ever said regarding that though after the act 1 ending. Only possible reference was to her accompanying you when you head for Torrent Watershed.

xdesperado - I can guarantee you that no such Yes / No box exists. Do you possibly mean the Yes / No for finding the lost caravan?

Nope dialogue about her possibly leaving town doesn't pop up until after the caravan job is accepted(completed?). She says something about the characters seeming to be quite capable and would like to hire them to escort her to Riven Field. Of course I could just be crazy here... |

xdesperado - just re-tested it and I think you're crazy  Her conversation about leaving town is not dependent on the lost caravan job either.
