Thanks grävling I was playing on sandbox mode in nightmare and, since I hadn't played for almost 6 months, I had totally forgotten how to reach him. Maybe some thread to list where to find the v-chips would have helped but I couldn't find any (or I hadn't looked enough ). At the moment I don't think I would be able to make it. Any volunteer ? |

I can start with ladders i guess:
Kass - LV HQ (commonwealth)
Texas - blue steel backroom
Cava - fennian backrooms
Victor - start at old flask at the narrows for miniquest
Kazuo - yakuza backrooms
