I bought Episode 1 and one of the characters on my phone a while ago. Recently I bought a new phone and got rid of my old one. I downloaded HS onto my new phone, but I noticed I don't have my iAPs on this phone. The game seems to want me to buy them again. Is there a solution to this problem?
I'm using Google Play on an Android phone.

Just click on the IAP and it will tell you that you have already purchased them, and download them.
Google policy strictly prohibits purchasing the same one-time purchasable item more than once.
So, no matter what, you are safe to know that you will never be charged more than one time.
Google's Play Service will automatically restore your existing IAP purchases when you install the application.
After that, or if you were not on Google Wallet when you installed on Google Play, you will download each IAP in "Game Store."
Glad I was able to answer your question, and thank you for posting / playing!

There are exceptions to the rule though Cory. I have got a game called New Star Soccer from Google Play. Its one of those type of games you buy the equivalent of crystals etc to move the play a bit quicker or unlock items. If I spent money on Star bux (crystals) on one character and then delete character later on, a warning message pops up to say all Star bux off that character will be deleted as well. Despicable really when you can spend more than a brand new copy of an Xbox one game just to unlock everything.
Luckily your games dont have nefarious deeds like that.
Star Trek Trexels is the worst offender for IAP's. Check out Angry Joe's video for details. Daylight robbery I will tell you.

philr1 - sorry, you misread Cory's post: "Google policy strictly prohibits purchasing the same one-time purchasable item more than once." Your post references consumable IAPs. We are talking about one-time purchasable items. They are different. There is no exception to one-time IAPs.

On the game i mentioned, the top priced Star bux pack is 10,000 for 33 pounds. Thats over $50. One item in the game is 5,000 Star bux for a property you can do nothing with! Its a licence to print money.
