Nice awards. How about this:

Templar Master: Taking victory in 2 battles (vs aliens) with at least 1 being 20+ hull
Templar Warmaster: Taking victory in 2 battles (vs aliens) with 1 being 20+ hull alien and 1 being 20+ hull narvadian
Templar Paragon Warmaster: Taking victory in 3 battles (vs aliens) with at least one being 20+ hull alien and one being 20+ hull narvadian
Templar of Shaulan: Taking victory in 3 battles (vs aliens) with at least 2 being 20+ hull aliens or narvadians and 1 being a heela alien, alien terror or narvadian hive

If it's more upgrades, you should consider dividing upgrades by faction/planet so that there isn't a giant list of 65 upgrades whenever new players go to get upgrades.
