mataeus - usually, I'd suggest (1) Clear Cache on Google Play app, (2) Restart device. These types of errors are out of our control and are a Google Play app issue. P.s. screenshot is missing.

Thanks Fallen, I found the Google Play store in my app manager and hit the Clear Cache button. It downloaded straight away after that. Thanks again, invaluable information :-)
