mataeus - we love you and your "A Mataeus Reviews"!!! Sorry if I don't come off as appreciating the feedback. I am often opening 25 forum tabs and trying to answer them all fast, so I can be "short" in my responses. It does not mean I don't appreciate. We did the math tho, and were aware of the $0.03 cent difference

mataeus : I can't see a reason to think you're not appreciated. Do you have a reason to believe so ?

I get the feeling I'm not liked much around here, I'm always giving constructive (I think!) criticism, but I'm not sure how it's taken. The Trese Brother's Forum is my first experience of ever having joined one. Looking back I sure started with the right one. People here are very friendly and helpful. Cory and Andrew have really been patient in helping me get out of a major IE explorer jam that prevented me from posting. I obsessed for months about whether or not I was having a negative impact, or fitting in. I finally found my comfort zone, balancing friendliness with honest opinion. For having joined mid December of 2013 you are doing very well. You have a Karma of 4 already that's great. If your Karma falls below zero that's when you might need to reevaluate the balance of free expression with attitude. Relax, enjoy. I for one am glad you are here.

Thank you every body The fact you can interact with developers these days is amazing. I remember back in the day, buying Magicland Dizzy on cassette for my C64... Codemasters and The Oliver Twins felt like mythical beings to me. How things have changed - being able to say to a dev "Hey, shouldn't this be fixed?" And them saying "Oooo yeah..." and then getting the fixed version in a few hours - without having to pay again - is astonishing. But it does make me occasionally fret about whether criticism, after dozens of patches and updates, can be unwanted at that time. But enough of this! Thanks again

I remember back in the day, buying Magicland Dizzy on cassette for my C64... Lol me too having to wait forever for the program to load. It was a huge thing to have a drive back in that day, even tho you had to swap disk out to go from the Program disk to the Data disk. I really blew my friends minds when I have a drive for Both the Program disk & the Data disk. btw not sure I ever said welcome so Welcome to the forums, glad to have you. Enjoy them

Mataeus anyone who likes the dizzy games has my seal of approval. Plus you're a skooldaze fan, great taste in gaming! Im playing skooldaze on my phone right now as i downloaded a spectrum emulator. The Darling Brothers with their love of putting 'simulator' at the end of most of their games! good memories. And the Trese brothers games are pretty much the same price nearly 30 years later!

Good point on the price! I used to pay £1.99-£3.99 for cassette games. I also owned a disk drive, I have hundreds of disks in my cupboard here. Ah, ATV Simulator, BMX Simulator, Grand Prix Simulator 2, Advanced Pinball Simulator... great times :-D I also remember the Darling Brothers putting their own quotes on the cassette inlay... "100% action, 100% pure adrenaline!" Was one that sticks out. Haha :-)

Haha :-) I forgot about the quotes! they used to put their photos on the front of the boxes as well didnt they! i used to love going to my local games store every saturday with my three pounds pocket money and there was always at least 20 new games i wanted! dragon ninja, robocop, emlyn hughes international soccer, target renegade! really miss those days. Perhaps we could talk in private messaging about our favourite 8 bit games? Get the spectrum emulator off the play store and download all the old games from worldofspectrum! controls arent very good but you can pretend to use a kempston joystick
