Aliiances and Commissions

I have been tracking down and killing Federation of Kaihmer scum for the Glorious Cadari Republic.

Now the morons who sit in government in Matalobos have signed an alliance with the Corrupt Good-for-Nothings!

I lost rank for successfully fulfilling a Commission! Aaargh!

I guess I would have lost less rep if I had just cancelled it. Or let it expire? How was I supposed to handle it?


Regardless, I would really like it, if, once the Alliance was declared all existing contracts against the former enemies were cancelled with no rep penalty at all. Just fell off your job list. "Sorry, we don't consider this person a Spy any more! Don't capture him as planned!"

Also, while the alliance is active I think your superiors should stop offering you certain sorts of jobs against your allies. It shouldn't be your job to remind the officials in the castle that we aren't hunting Federation spies this week.
