I bought the custom ship design but whenever i try to use it it says purchase. I have bought it twice. I am on a samsung tab s2. Plz help!

In the game you need to go to the list of IAP and wait for the game to update the bought list of IAP.

Good news -- you cannot buy it twice! Google prohibits it. If you were able to "buy it twice" that means that Google is cancelling your order due to credit card issues.

So cory, how do I increase the maximum stat capacity for ship's in the ship designer? So far i can get 80 crew 110 cargo 40 hull 25 armour about 31 guns and 24 torps (being the highest they go) and sails and engines have been been stuck at 34 for my whole career, please help as I can't create a goliath of a ship with just 34 sails and engines doesnt really matter with my stats lol I have over 220 battle wins and 0 losses on demanding, I just want a bigger stronger ship ahaha give em less than no chance aye

You need to unlock certain awards to increase max stats. Scroll through the awards list and you'll see awards that say they increase stat limit of ship designer.

... thanks for that bud, got another question you might be able to help with, does the star port you visit,rank,permits and faction rep play a role in the ship stats aswell or is it just that independent star ports are sh*t??

Things like rank and permit don't affect custom ship stats. The only things that affect the stat limits are Award Unlocks and the planet's faction.

...hull on Indy worlds
...guns and cargo on De Valtos worlds
...torpedoes on Cadar worlds
...sails on Rychart worlds
...crew on Steel Song worlds
...guns, cargo, and crew on Thulun worlds (but in different amounts than DV or SS)
...engines on Javat worlds
