They are, they really are Bohrson. I found that armor with dodge rolls helps my runners even in Hard difficulty- my Hacker CK and Clive Zep Gunslinger survived a Yakuza Assassin and Soldier pair with plenty of dodge at like 30 total exp.  I swore I was doomed, but that Street Plated Vest saved my bacon.  Do have a question for everyone- has anyone gotten bonus exp for fighting in higher tier areas yet? I haven't gotten even 2xp yet.  |

I also found in love with the Streets plated vest you mentioned in my sniper CK's beginning ; although she now uses bodysuits from AzTek, it had been a very good acquisition. I found that with a high doging score and high AP to use defensive actions in combat, my runners and my CK almost never got hurt in battle (at least, outside of CorpoLand). Fantastic. Never got 2xp either ; the worst battle I have been had 6 enemies (4 Mars Corporate Soldiers and 2 drones) and in the end, I got only 1xp. I am not sure if that counts, as this was not the most epic thing in the NBZ, but nonetheless ; it is supposed to climb up to 3xp for the worst fights. Maybe playing difficulty changes xp gain ? (I play in "normal mode", as this is more a beta-testing playthrough for me than a challenge seeking.) |

Bohrson - also the extra XP are just XP dice, rolled in the same way as a normal XP dice, so if you have DV your chance is lessened.

fallen One of my runner has no DV, as I said in another topic, so I guess she should have had 2xp if it had been the case... which did not happened yet. Gonna dig deeper in CorpoLand soon.

Bohrson - expect the bonus as you face harder fights and grow in power. It will not occur for early game characters.

My Hacker only has a DV of 20, and my Clive Zep runner has no dv at all. Neither have ever gotten 2xp. Same on my Face and team, who all have various DV scores but after many, many slaugh-err, battles have never gotten more than 1xp each. And they spend a LOT of time trolling BS, KH and Mars. |
