When you finish your Commission, you get told whether it was a Victory or a Defeat.
It feels wrong to get a 'Victory' when all you are doing is delivering the mail. It feels even more wrong if you win the battle but decide that, contrary to orders, you aren't going to burn that sweet ship, but take it for your own use instead.
Speaking of that -- if you get orders to burn their ship, instead take it, and burn your own it seems your bosses in the Admiralty are just as pleased, and you get a 'Victory'. Is that working as intended?
