False Rumor

Just pulled up to Kirkbright, and was greeted with my favorite rumor of all time, especially when you have coffers as overflowing as mine currently are- that there is a major construction effort and that many new keels have been laid down... So har-harring with an evil delight I head to the docks, only to be disappointed by only having two upgrades to choose from, with nary a new ship to be had. Pirate sad... Pirate go blow up more smugglers and not cry in front of the crew.
