Just downloaded the new release  So far the 3.8 update is working great. Looking forward to being able to spend more time playing with it. Got some time off  Thanks again for such a fantastic & amazing game !!! |

The updates on Amazon lag just a day or two behind the Android Market. The v3.8.1 version is about to be approved on Amazon.

i had a bug report on 3.8 about crew members mysteriously disappearing in bunches, but seemed to have been fixed by the new release (3.8.1)
Edit:
after reading the: number of artifacts parading around = higher probability/severity of damage, crew loss... it may just be me and not a possible bug. I have to verify this.

Artifacts on board will indeed cause drastically increased accident rates and severity
