v1.8.64 - 4/14/2014
- Added labels to Matrix host buttons to make hacking easier
- Re-balanced Phracking job difficulty, increased prices
- Phracking devices have a 2% chance to "burn out"
- Fixed Job bugs: Streets failed to give Violent Jobs and Friendly Jobs to same shop
- Re-instated Zoom Slider bar; can still use pinch zoom
- Fixed typos and Encounter bugs
