The end turn button (the hourglass) is perilously close to the character's picture. It's not at all herd to accidentally hit it and end one's turn earlier than desired. For instance, I just accidentally hit it right at the start of my turn, when fighting the last fight of the prologue, resulting in my rogue getting thrashed by the orcin. Would it be possible to have an option to ask for confirmation if one is hitting the end turn button while characters still have AP left? Or at least if any characters still have *all* of their AP left. At the very least, ask for confirmation if *all* of the characters still have *all* of their AP.
Luckily for me, she got killed so I was given the option of replaying the turn. Worst case scenario would be that she got beaten down to 1 HP but survived so I couldn't have replayed the turn.

Happened to me today as well- Selen made it out with about 30 hp left... That was a scary moment, esp because it was as soon as I went down into the depths to fight the ratkin shaman... Pleading to the dice for mercy for my stupid mistake, lol

I've had a few deaths to do this too. Something like >10 AP for the team would be a good idea. It would be rare enough to not be annoying, but should still catch an accidental slip up.

I too have made this slip up on many an occasion, since I play on Normal it's generally not too big a set back.

contributor - thanks for the suggestion on how to mitigate annoyance on this. We would not add an option, so the danger is that it is a really big annoyance added to those people who don't have the issue (never had it happen to me). Some sort of thing that checks a reasonable condition and only makes you confirm if you have X would be feasible in my opinion. I have added it to our roadmap to look into at a later date.

I know you are wishing to avoid options for HoS, but I would like some checking or an option to turn it on as well.

Yeah, checking some condition that would save people from big mistakes but not annoy them every turn would be great. I wouldn't want to have to confirm every time I end a turn, or when I end a turn with characters with 1AP remaining, since that often happens. I'd certainly want to be asked if I hit it with everyone having full AP. I seem to usually hit it while I'm planning out the turn, before I move anyone. But checking for some number of total AP remaining seems like a good compromise. Just need to figure out what a good number is. Ten does sound like a good place to start.

Awesome! It's on our low priority list!

An alternate option just occurred to me. You could move the end turn button away from the other buttons that get used in combat. If it was up in the upper right, below or next to the menu button, it would probably not get hit by accident nearly as often. And it's probably much easier to implement.

khearn - I am not sure it plays well to the setup - its a lot more moving your hand, fingers, or mouse to a new area on the screen. We'd then have active elements in every corner of the screen. And you could still easily tap it accidentally and lose all your AP, so I am not sure that really meets the need. As always - appreciate the suggestions!

I understand the frustration with this, but I would only be in favor of it if I could turn it off or it only happened under certain conditions. And moving thumbs is one thing , but moving my hand shouldn't be necessary on a phone. maybe something where it happens at a certain hp level, but only for the top two hardest difficulties, because if you do that on nightmare, you will die
