Alright, trying to get the Rapid Rank 1, and I am seeing a possible issue with awards. I am lvl 3 in challenging in year 59.11 but when I goto record exploits it says I have no awards. Possible problem or am I just doing something wrong?

Rapid Rank is about Faction Rank, not Character Level. Do you mean you are "Rank 3 Challenging with Faction X" or you mean "I have XP points all the way to level 3"

ugh ok I have it now, I had the rank to get the promotion, I just didn't realize thats what I had to buy to get it.
