I have no problem finding the major powers and companies that have numerous ports all over the map. However I have never been able to locate the ports for some of these "lesser" factions!
Kushan Empire
Goa Confederation
Zenith Trading Union
Guild of Shighnan
What map sections can I find them?

hlo - those are factions that are resident in other parts of the world. You are sailing in the First Sea, of Six. There homelands are elsewhere and not accessible at this time.

I have ever only found ships from the Gao Confderation myself... I have hypothesized that they are either from a later area of Laanbrakar that has yet to be released, but haven't seen any rumors concerning them as of yet.
